Cathy Sunshine, one of the most highly regarded experts in leadership performance and successful organizational behavior has worked with closely held and Fortune 500 organizations for over four decades. Her insights and methodologies for dramatically improving enterprise agility and competitive advantage are highly respected and widely sought after in “brick and click” industries, including healthcare, retail, technology, manufacturing, financial services, transportation, telecommunications and energy as well as leading companies in the service sector.

Cathy is a Certified Management Consultant (IMC), an MBA, member of Beta Gamma Sigma Honorary Society, a Fellow in the Family Firm Institute (FFI), a Certified Women Business Owner (WBE) and a member of the International Women’s Forum (IWF). As an Adjunct Graduate School faculty member in the Graduate School of Professional Psychology (GSPP) at the University of Denver, she frequently teaches Organization Behavior to Masters Level students in International Disaster Psychology.
