Lynn Pollard is a leading expert in leadership development, comprehensive leadership training, executive coaching, team development, critical thinking and decision-making in complexity, high stakes facilitation.

 

With over 20-plus years of experience in the public and private sectors, Lynn consistently creates safe environments for her clients to “get to the heart of the matter.” She focuses on each client’s strengths while exploring issues that have held them back from powerful, sustainable change.

 

Lynn is a Certified Coach, Certified Appreciative Inquiry Practitioner and business consultant who can help focus on the core strengths of leaders and teams alike, and leverage strengths into exciting, productive success. In addition, Lynn is currently a process leader for the Chief Executive Network, where she works with C-level executives on strategy and tough-to-tackle issues that are negatively impacting their businesses. She is results-driven, passionate, analytical, and focused on keeping people accountable and working at their full potential.

 

Lynn holds a Master’s degree in social work with a focus on conflict, communication and group process from Syracuse University, and has completed doctoral work in organizational development and adult education at Temple University.
